I am a Masters graduate in HRM and Associate CIPD member interested in working lives, the future of work, and finding the underlying motivations that give us the ‘glint’ to work creatively to unleash our personal and collective potential.
I am specialized in strategic human resource management, change management, performance management, and have an international perspective on HR. I look for inspiration to the likes of Dave Ulrich, John Hagel, Adam Grant, and many more.
I also have a keen interest in photography: tableau of beauty, existentialism, urban decay, and postmodern and industrial themes.
